Hi I am 6 feet (183cm) tall and weighs about 160 lbs. Is a 62cm frame size road bike to big for me? can anyone please tell me what is the ideal frame size for me? Thank you for your help.

Here's a couple of online bike-fit calculators which should give you a pretty good idea, but
just be aware that it takes a couple of tries to get the inseam measurement right -- you've gotta get the tape right up on your "crotch bone"

A really quick way to do it is to measure your inseam, then take 66% of this number.
I think it's safe to say that a 62cm frame will be too big for you. I'm 5'11" with an 87cm inseam, and ride anything from a 56 to a 58, but I prefer a 57cm.
You might be wondering, "why can't I buy this cheap 62cm bike and put the seat down?"
You may get away with this, but the more important dimensions are the top-tube, and the head-tube. You have several centimeters to play with on the seat post, but only a few on the head-stem, so if the top-tube is too long, it's not really the "done thing" to have an 8cm stem :)
If the head-tube is too big or too small, this can effect your "bendover" height, ie, the height of the handle bars.

Sounds too big. I'm 6'-0" and ride a 57cm.
