Mountain Biking - Are there any mountains in the northeast you can chairlift up/bike down?

Lots of ski resorts in New Hampshire. I'm sure google would give you a better list with more detail then we ever could.

I was thinking more like NH/VT/ME/MA area.

Stowe (Mt. Mansfield) doesn't allow taking bikes up the lift
Neither does Attitash

That leaves
