well, my first fixed gear build (first build period...) is almost done! i would be riding now but the guy who helped me pick parts ordered a FSA MTB crank and the chain line was off by about 1/2” so now i am waiting on a new dimension cyclocross set.
anywho, now that this is more or less done i want to build up a second fixed gear ride and was thinking about some type of fat slick tire odd ball beach bike... can it be done? what would be a good frame or bike to start with? i found a cool bike in town for like $160 would this work? (http://www.brantcycle.ca/Html/spf1.html)

anyone have a bike like this or have any tips / ideas?

thanks

Sure, it's possible. I say do it and document the process for us.
