If so, have you tried the 12-week fitness program? I'm on week one of it and I have to say it's going pretty well. I'll be doing it on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

I hear it's fun to stay at the YMCA, so do let us know how it's going.

I teach classes at my local Y. I haven't personally done the 12 week fitness program, but I've heard a lot of good things from people who have.

It's going good. Unless you're being sarcastic, I can't tell.

Excellent. Actually, I was making a little sport, but I have known bunches of people who are big fans of the Y gym around here. So I think your odds of success are good, even if your Y isn't as swanky as the ones in this area.

I just really like that S&G song and it was very applicable. :)
