What's out there for very small steel hardtail frames?
I know Gunnar makes a 13" Rockhound, and the Jamis Dragon also comes in 13" size. Might consider ti also, just not aluminum.
Mostly interested in a frame that takes v-brakes, an older used frame is ok. I have an ebay watch out, but looking for leads in other places also.
