On the average during June and July - about How Many Days Per Week Are You On A Bicycle? I'm not discussing how many miles, just how many days - forget the mileage if you can - are you on a bicycle in the average week.

every day,(unless it's raining)Bud
Five days a week -- I ride to and from work whenever it is not a holiday. Last weekend, we were on a small island without rental cars, so we rode on Saturdsy, Sunday and Monday as well.

I'd say about four days per week on average.

I was on the road 13 times in June, but just once so far in July. Today was my day to ride and I was just too tired. Dang chronic fatigue.
How about average speeds? Mine is really really high, you know.

every day!And also in my dreams!
On the bike riding at least 5 out of 7 days.
Six out of seven. I "force" myself to take a rest day each week. I have difficulty with "recovery rides". I start out OK, but eventually push too hard. So, one day off per week helps make sure that recovery occurs.
I'm on a bike every day of the week because it's my principle transportation. I train 5 days a week.

24 riding days from 6/7 to 7/4. Mostly due to really nice weather, not too hot in NYC and very little rain (1 or 2 days ?). 6 days per week and I forced a day off each week as recovery.

I try to ride every day to work but that is so short I won't count those rides. So 5 days would be my normal routine this time of year.
Six. Only two more than in winter.
I really, really, really need a rest day every week, so I take one every week.

But the rules are "Don't worry about mileage." - and you are worried about too short of a mileage. For shame :)

Ok - say 6 days/week on average.

5 to 6 days per week in June/July. Wednesday evening is choir rehearsal, so no ride, and sometimes I'll lay up sorry on Friday if I have a big ride planned on Saturday.

Tryin' to work up to 5 to 6 days per week. My bike log doesn't lie - 15 days in June with some weeks better than others. Planning to get up and out early tomorrow AM - missed the last two days due to excessive heat warnings in the NE.

Ciocc on the wind trainer plus air-conditioning equals three times a week. Trying to ride outdoors in south Louisiana when the heat index is over 105F and the humidity is at least 100 percent equals "death wish".

About 5. Except when travel, work or weather get in the way. I was off the bike for 3 days straight earlier this week. That kinda hurt.

Except for when I'm on vacation, it's a minimum of five days per week.

I'd say I average 6 days a week. But my bike is my only transportation, aside from my feet. Some weeks I ride every day, but others I go backpacking over the weekend and don't ride.
I would say 6 on average.
I average about 5 days per week year round.

June 2009 19
July 2009 15
June 2010 15
July 2010 6 after today
I expect to get at least 19/20 this month
So far about 5 a week. The heat may change that. We'll see.

About 5 days a week. But this year I am behind. The weather has just been brutal out east. Yesterday I joined a spinning class at the gym, something I have never done except in the depths of winter.

Around 5 days except for recent hot weather.

Only about 2 days a week, below my plan. I do have 571 miles, however.

This question came up at the dinner table with another couple recently when my wife said I rode every day, but that she didn't care. I wasn't sure if she was boasting about my fitness or grousing about my absence, but know she cared enough to say it is "every day".;) Going back over my log for the months of May and June I averaged 5.47 days a week and 11.28 hrs/week.
5 to 6 June and July and 5 the rest of the year. Typically, Monday and Friday are rest days with Friday being the added day for a 6 day week.

5 to 6 days/week for me, year-round.

Four or five. Almost never five for two weeks in a row.

Probably 6-7 times per week leaning to the 7 days:
