Any help in finding it would be much appreciated since it's his only way to get to Campus from his Apartment.

Sorry about your bike. Good luck finding it.
What did they do with horse thieves back in the 1800's?

Dude...sucks. I went to Davis. Awesome campus and town, but so many freakin bike theives. I think it's a cottage industry out there. I survived five years without getting a bike stolen, don't know how it happened...
I would highly doubt he'll see it again. Try telling the Davis cops you had your bike stolen and they'll probably laugh in your face. Sorry...looks like a sweet bike.

True that. He's pretty upset about it. I tend to never lock my bike up ever.
Hah, cthenn, you live next door to me.
And yeah, Davis PD would probably laugh. They did when my friend called them about his bike. Santa Rosa PD (Where we found a friend's bike onsale on craigslist) offered an undercover officer....
