We all love to ride, we all love to eat, and we all love to meet new people. MTBMIND is proud to bring you the 1st annual "Pot Luck" Tea Party held at Lake Massabesic Front Park in Manchester, NH! This is going to be a great event with lots of food and lots of great riding. Everyone and anyone involved in the sport of mt. biking is invited, so without further ado, here is the information you need for what to bring and how to get there.
When? Sunday, June 16th, 2002
Where? Lake Massabesic Front Park, Manchester, NH Rte. 93, North or South to Exit 7 (Rte. 101 East)
Exit 1 off of Route 101
(Location subject to change depending on the number of people attending. Parking is the issue)
Why? Because who doesn't love getting together with some buds, ride like mad, meet new peeps, and eat some crazy good grub?
Cost? We pay enough money for races throughout the year, so this party is on us (yeah, that's right FREE)!!
Ride: Main loop is 12 mi. of mostly rolling fire roads and is suitable for all skill levels. Optional "HERO" section is 12.3 mi. (10.3 mi. of pure singletrack!) and is suitable for intermediate to advanced riders. Trails are well marked, however we will have a beginner group ride with a ride leader if you are totally new to the sport and area. For all others, feel free to explore at will.
What to Bring? Bring your bike, all of your friends, and food to share! If you have portable BBQ's, bring them because we want to have the biggest ride/food fest we can possibly have.
Coming? There shouldn't be a reason why you should attend this event since it is strategically placed on a non-race weekend! If you and your friends are coming, please visit www.mtbmind.com/frides.htm to fill out our short online form so we can take a head count on how many we expect. Thanks!
