I suggest Cambria Bike (http://www.cambriabike.com/shopdisplayproducts.asp?page=1&filter=yes)
If you're looking for something XC/lightweight and disc only, UC has a sweet deal on some Velocity rims: http://www.universalcycles.com/shopping/product_details.php?id=790

A little pricey, but it's a good place to go if you want the name brand stuff.

cambria is good. My favorite 2 online stores are jensonusa.com and pricepoint.com. Pricepoint usually has great prices but a restrictive return policy so be carefull and sure of what you order.
