Just a formal hello. Relaxing after a beautiful ride this morning and watching the TdF stage 8 this afternoon...putting the inevitable yard work on hold for a cooler part of the day; at least that's my story and yup you got it, I'm sticking to it :lol:
I've only ridden for a little over a year and love it. Getting a little stronger and a little faster and try to push a little further and harder in all areas of riding every week. Anyway....
