I wanted to share this bike and thought this was the most appropriate forum because of the brand and geometry of this early ATB. It rides like a giant BMX with gears, and consequently goes real fast. I put 26x2.30's Hutchinson Piranha tires on it and it shreds. Has ridiculous canti dia-compe brakes, araya rims, and I put a vintage Sella San Marco Mountain Pro seat on it. (vetta in this pic)

ha, i just like it for fields and hard packed trails, aside from a super fun way to get around town. Rode with a bunch of fixies the other night and blew their mind when i could bomb the high grass faster than they were going on the road right to my left.

I'm thinking about setting up the front at a single ring bmx crank with profile cranks or something. any suggestions?
