Manufacturer, Retailer, Survey and Consumer Feedback - Kelly Bike - Are they open?

Greetings:

Does anyone know if Kelly Bike is still doing business? Looks like they are from the website - and I put in an order there - but the phone is now disconnected and they are not responding to e mail. Hoping to get a set of Take Offs

Any updates appreciated.

I put an order in for some take-offs on June 14. I got the order confirmation email but nothing else. 3 days later, after waiting for some kind of shipping notification, I emailed them asking what's up.

I got an email the next day saying that they are in the middle of construction for a new shop, and that they are so far unable to ship out any orders. In addition, they told me they were backordered on the Take-offs.

Chris assured me that they'd be able to ship the orders "in the next few days", but I heard nothing.

3 weeks later - July 9th (IMO that's more than reasonable), having received no further info, I emailed back to inform them that I was canceling my order. My credit card wasn't charged yet (thankfully) so I'm just steering clear at this point.

Thanks for the reply. Very similar to my experience. Too bad, the products have a great reputation. If anyone reading this has Take Offs to sell, please PM me.
