Hello All!, Just getting started w/BF, looking forward to great conversations, learning & sharing.... Getting back into road biking after laying off for many years. Have remained somewhat active on trails, but the old joints like a change from the rocks and stumps now and then. I started doing P90X (after prompting/goading by my son that I couldn't do it.) and am on week 9; enjoying getting fit again. I've started riding my old road bike for cardio. Presently upgrading a Raleigh 12 speed I bought about 8 years ago. I kept it because I like the feel of the frame (Renalds R40?) But am having a bit of trouble determing model and age. It is a Raleigh USA, serial # on bottom bracket - R902840056, any info would be much appreciated. Looking forward to sharing tales (BS) from the trails and the roads in Maine........
