Hello there bike enthusiasts!
I am very new to forums, but not to riding bikes. I was fortunate enough to grow up in Lake Tahoe, which is where I BMX raced in middle school, mountain biked in high school, then soon after got into fixed, single speed, and road bikes. I am now living in lovely San Francisco finishing school. Since living in this city costs an arm and a leg, I've had to sell off all my bikes except for my fix. I've also sold my truck to pay for tuition, so I get to ride my bike almost every day. I recently bought an 80's Bianchi road bike, which is the main reason for joining the forum. It is going to be a big project, and I look forward to receiving this beauty in the mail. I bought it for long rides, hoping it will last me many great years. I look forward to chatting about sweet bikes, and fixing up my new whip. Thanks!

Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
