My Dr says prostate is enlarged, great ! I am 51 yrs old. My seat doesnt seem to hit me in that area more on my sit bones because it is slightly tilted forward.

Any of you guys ride with this problem ? What seats work best or what set up ?

I (to my relief) don't share your problem. But the Rido 2 would seem a good place to start and is cheaper than most of the alternatives:

This used to be a "big" problem with me until a couple years ago I had a TURP.
This works but its not for every man.
