Hey guys, just replacing broken springs in my Campy Pro-Fits. I got everything disassembled and cleaned, and now I'm just curious if my Park grease is viscous enough to use in the reassembly.
I'm also curious how much grease I should use, and the key places to re-grease. Thanks!
Alright, straight from Eric Norris of "Campy Only":
Any good grease will do (I use Phil Wood). Put it where parts will move and rub against each other and you'll be fine.

Very profound advice.
