so i posted a thread a while back on a logo concept i did for "Paper Lanterns Collective". overall it was not that successful, so here is the revision. critiques please.

I like the stylized horizontal lines, however I'm not a big fan of the circles. Doesn't represent lanterns to me.

I like it a lot better. The other one looked like the "Clamp" logo from Gremlins 2: The New Batch.

I'm not liking the roundness. The logo doesn't scream 'lanterns' at me at all.

How about the squared 'cap' detail on top and bottom?

Or even changing the shape from round to the long oval, or mixing it up a bit with each lantern a different shape?

I think jagged edges like a lantern would be better.
