Hello all!
Have not really a problem, but seeking advise. I live in Chicago and have a neighbor that is selling stolen bikes. He has usually between 3-5 and sets up shop to sell on the weekends only. He also will sell things like power tools or hand tools. I do not think the police would do anything, there's a station right down the street.
How do I know they are stolen? My brother came for a quick visit this afternoon, when he left he called me and said, "Hey, the guy next door is grinding a lock off a mountain bike." I see only two reasons to grind a lock off a bike, I don't think one of them applys to him.
Anyone have any advice?
Thanks,
Joe
