Eastern Canada - Bike taxis along the Route Verte

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

My husband and I are renting bikes in Riviere-du-Loup on Aug 5 and have 6 days to ride the Route Verte. We're planning to head up to Sainte-Flavia and then in toward Causapscal. We'd much prefer to ride as far as we can and then grab some transportation back to Riviere-du-Loup, rather than riding for 3 days then retracing our path on the Route Verte. A few years back (our first and only time riding in Quebec) we had ridden for several days and came across a great bike taxi service, called Taxi Degelis, but Degelis is quite far from where we'll be. Does anyone know if there are similar "bike taxis" in other towns along the Route Verte, or do you have suggestions about how to transport ourselves back to Riviere-du-Loup without having to disassemble and box our rental bikes? Thanks for any info or suggestions.
Have you called Bike Degelis if they know of other service providers?
If you don't get an answer here, you could post your question on www.velocia.ca, a very popular Quebec francophone website for cyclists of all types and areas throughout Quebec.

Ah, thank you for the suggestion! Just in time, as we leave for Quebec on Weds. Will check it out.

For more information about cycling on the Route Verte in Quebec, go to my web site (http://www.bikenewengland.com/) and scroll down the navigation bar to the Quebec heading in the blue navigation column for cue sheets and route maps for 7 cycling tours we've done.
