Yesterday I completed my first 100 mile cycle. Almost twice my previous best distance. It was a real struggle, I dug deep but did I dig too deep?
This morning I woke up pleased at my accomplishment but when I went for my shower I discovered I had what I suspect was a Hemroid! :(
They weren't there when I showered after the ride.
Could the effort on the bike have caused/contributed to the them.
BTW, I only eat brown bread, eat plenty of fibre, eat fruit everyday, have very little dairy.
Thx in advance
