Commuting - Question for NOVA Reston Herndon W&OD Van Buren/Sunrise commuters

Our building is moving from a real 'safe riding' location off the W&OD, near Rt 28, to the corner of Dulles Toll Rd and Rt. 28, across from the Hyatt Dulles. Basically right off Sunrise Valley Dr.

My plan is to get off the W&OD at Van Buren, crossing over the Dulles Toll Rd and turning west on Sunrise Valley.

This seems to be the safest and less busy road as opposed to Elden St towards Sunrise Valley.

Are there any commuters that can give me an opinion or recommendation about my new commute?

I used to work near Wiehle Ave, I think you probably have the safest route planned. Still though, man, I wouldn't want to commute there by bike (back then I was a car commuter).
