Hey all! I'm trying to find a good pedal system for cyclocross that's similar to my speedplays. What about bebops? Would these be an ok choice? Or do I need to go with crank brothers?

I keep hearing that egg beaters are the way to go. Im a big fan of the shimano M520, ive had rocks, mud, sticks, ice/snow and small animals stuck in them and they work beautifully!
