Hey there, today while going in to get groceries i saw a mountain bike with no down tube and i was wondering who makes these kind of mountain bikes? My curiosity has been peaked. Thanks.

It was either an old Klein or a Slingshot I'm guessing. The Slingshot would have a steel cable in place of the downtube however.

Depends.....were the tubes massive?

I was going to say slingshot! Unless you're thinking of a Y-frame where there is a single downtube and a seat mast??????

If the latter, there are a tonne!

Ya it was definetly not a Y frame bike, i see too many of those already! And ya the tubing was big and beefy. Didn't notice the steel cable thing tho. I'll keep a watch for him again next time i need milk.
