Taking into account prices, customer service, return policy, and selection. What's the best online bike store? Not sure if it matters but I'm looking for clothing and a saddle, not for a frame.

I think it matters - clothing is ubiquitous and doesn't depend on the knowledge of the store per se aside from perhaps the knowledge of how the sizes run, whereas with frames, different stores specialize in and carry certain brands/lines of bikes.
Anyway, if you're like many and have preference for certain lines of clothing/shoes/equipment, you likely know how they fit, so you are primarily shopping for price.
Bottom line - the web has made this extremely competitive and I don't think there is one best source for anything, unless service upfront or after is a major component of the sale. For instance, if you knew that you wore a 44 Sidi shoe in a certain model, you'd likely be shopping for price only (we'll assume reputation of the online seller is a given because of credit card protections, unless you're dealing with individuals who want cash up front on eBay...). The best price I've found for Sidi shoes is from a place in the UK who uses eBay as their storefront - $155 US, all inclusive, delivered to your door, $209 US retail. Are they the best for everything? Obviously not. But again, point being that if you're shopping for price, and you do your own due diligence, there is no single best source.
I was looking recently for a Descente jersey online where I knew exact model and color, Google it, look around. Ended up happening upon it for 20 less than anything I saw online from the local LBS on sale rack. Go figure.

Use qbike.com and bestbikebuys.com too. If you're looking for a standard component, these will show you the best price for many online shops.

I still like performancebike.com and nashbar.com (yes, I know they are the same company now). Their prices are low, their selection is wide, and the money you get back from the membership is worth me spending money there.

Glorycycles.com and Excelsports.com have been getting most of my dough lately, lickbike.com gets an occaisional order too.
Great service from each though they tend towards higher end stuff.
Clive at Glory and the folks at Excel have been right on with their advice and Excell seems to be reasonable on returns, I haven't had any for Glory.
