Bought a fsa sl+k light carbon compact crank and didn't do my reseach on the bb-30. Figured it screwed in the bottom bracket shell like most bottom brackets.
Can you install the bb-30 on a 2006 kestrel talon? Do i need a adapter kit? Any info is appreciated, thanks,

I am pretty sure there is no way to make your set up work. As far as I know you cannot use a BB30 crank in a non BB30 frame but you can use a non BB30 crank in a BB30 frame with adapters.

Return the crank and buy the right one.
