My bike Friday came with 406 wheels and a sachs 3x7 drivetrain. Pretty sure the 406's are not original. The caliper brakes with a 68-90 reach(!) were my first clue.
Details- front: sachs hub, 32 spoke, sun rim (unmarked, but rear is cr18), 1.5" kenda kwest tires with very low miles. Rear is sachs 3x7 hub, sun cr18 rim, 1.5" kenda kwest tire, very low miles.
So, does anyone want to trade a set of 451's with tires and tubes for a set of 406's with tires, tubes and a sachs 3x7 hub plus shifters?
