After doing my recent Stronglight Delta hubbed wheelset build, I was looking for something different and French again and fortunately ran into these NOS hubs at eBay for a good price!
They're the low flange, 28H, 2000 Professionel model from, I think, the mid 80's
Very smooth sealed bearings on these lightweight too at about 430 grams for both hubs complete with skewers, on my scale. The alloy skewer head and axle ends and bearing retainers have a strange grey color to them that looks like battleship grey. Very different from the usual dark grey, black and bronze anodizing we're used to seeing.
Another feature that caught my attention is how it seems to share some parts with the Stronglight hubs I aquired a few months back and already built into a wheelset. The alloy axle ends/bearing retainers look identical leading me to think that Pellisier and Stronglight shared parts in the mid to late 80's. Didn't know that Pelissier and Stronglight had a relationship till I got these hubs.
Here are pics of my Stonglight Deltas, before I built them up for comparison:

I suspect the innards on these hubs are identical and only the hub shell shape different with the Stronglight Delta having a later design, similar to Mavics in shape, while the Pelissier has the more traditional/older look shaped shells.
I already have a few French rims in consideration to lace on to the Pelissiers with 3 cross SS DT butted spokes.
