Bicycle Mechanics - What to do? (fork issue)

I recently got into a crash and this was the result of it.

It's a steel fork so can I just get it bent into place or will I have to replace it?
Also one of the spokes on the front wheel is broken.
Bad day of riding :(.

The legs still look straight with all the "bend" being right at the brazed joint. These forks are now officially dead. It's one thing to bend back steel legs but it's another to risk the damage being to the brazed joint that will be further weakened by flexing them back straight. Or if it's not the joint (it actually seems OK) but the top crown lug twisted then I'm afraid that I still would not trust it since those lugs are cast and castings don't typically accept multiple bendings too well.

I don't think warranty would replace it for you. You're not using a front brake?

I agree with BCRider--once a fork has been damaged to this extent, even if you could straighten it, would you trust it on a fast downhill? Personally, a replacement is worth my safety anytime!

Don't expect anything from the warranty end. Warranty isn't intended to cover you for crash damage. And with the fork looking like that your "I was just riding along" story isn't going to be greeted with any credability at all..... :D
