Looks like the fork could be non-original. Also, if the tires are 700c, I would imagine that the wheels have been replaced as well? And then there's that funky stem. I would imagine that component quality is good, it's just a question of frame quality and price. Does it seem reasonable?

Is the down tube above the levers kinked? Sorry I can't help on the value
+1 Fork is a replacement. That signals possible crash. Otherwise, why would someone put on a frame that doesn't match the paint. Frame is on the rough side. Stem came straight from hybrid land. Check ebay on components, as it looks like a part out. Assuming it is Italian made, bike was built by Bianchi. Too bad its kind of a mess.
What do you want to do with it? Keep it? That frame and fork would bother me. But as a part out, that would not matter much. I would let the Campy experts tell you what those bits are worth. Everything I deal with is either Shimano or Suntour.
We ended up passing on the bike. The components were all there, but there were so many inconsistencies and the bike was kind of a mess. It was pretty scratched, the paint had some weird bubbly texture thing going on around one of the toptube braze-ons, fork was non-original and the front brake was mounted at an angle such that the brake pads were almost worn to triangles, and the brake levers were mismatched.
