Just finished my first decent ride since a knee ACL reconstruction. That was 18 weeks ago. The ligament is not full strength until Xmas time but I'm past the critical stage. next week I'm going to start my daily commuting again. sure was a good feeling to be out riding again. we have excellent cycling facilities here in Bris-Vegas and the weather is great for it. I'll stop now before I make y'all envious.
