Better photos in the morning, but in the meantime, the following.

For the record, I found out that Dade Cycle used to be the local carrier for Falcon. The chances that these two originated from said shop is quite possible.

So happens to be the color scheme that Alexi Grewal had on his '84 Olympic-winning Pinarello. By 1985, there wasn't a single name that didn't have this scheme in their lineup:

A different hand prepared the seat stays on each; that's for sure. Either that, or they didn't spec rounded-end 531 tubes on the white/blue/yellow/red frame. Looks as if the other frame got a mix of end styles.
