When will bike companys release new bike models for year 2011 ?
Is there site to follow all at one place ?
Is there something like car show to present new models ?

The two big shows that I know of are Eurobike (http://www.eurobike-show.com/eb-en/index.php) and Interbike (http://www.interbike.com/). Those web sites will have some news, internet searches will turn up other reports during the shows, and bike manufacturer's web sites may have some announcements about the new models at about the time of those shows although they often don't want to poison sales of current models with too much talk about the new models. I would think there would be a big show in Asia too, I just don't know of it if there is one.

I purchased a 2011 Specialized Ariel last weekend. At least one local shain of LBS has 2011 Specialized models in stock. Funny thing is that they are not even on the Specialized web site yet! The guys at one shop indicated that we may be seeing the 2011 rolling out a little early from many of the manufacturers because they underestimated their projected sales and scaled way back on production of 2010 models, due to the economy. However, sales didn't drop as expected, so now they're hurting.

I know this doesn't answer your question, but just thought I'd share.
