Okay picked this trailer for $10.

Main problem is the axle is bent as you can see in the pic. A quick search on the web didn't come up with any replacements. Is it possible to bend it back? I know the wheel is bent also that should a easy fix.

generally possible but not easy (rods are terribly difficult to straighten, and the way it was bent/straightened will likely affect the axle's overall strength); it would be far better to find/fashion a new replacement axle.

I can't tell, does the axle go all the way across from wheel to wheel? When metal bends and is bent back its weakened so its not a good idea to bend back. Can you remove the axle and lay it on something very smooth and flat and see exactly where its bent? if its straight as each end where the wheels are, cut out the bend in the center and slide the ends in some tubing and weld it.

If the axle is mild steel it can be bent back okay.
I'd like to examine both of the axle supports to compare and make sure either or both didn't get tweaked, too.
The wheels need to run true and parallel to each other or the tires will be scrubbing, and will feel like the trailer has a mind of its own.

Double check to see if the wheel is bent / twisted, etc. too. May be that & not the axle.

Been a little while but finally got around to looking at it. The axle actually wasn't seated right. On this model you can remove the wheel/axle assembly by pulling a pin. Who would of thought it was that easy. The wheel is a little bent which this winter I'll look into. So far pulled put around 5 miles on it I'm surprised on how well and easy it pulls.
