Very nice forum you all have here :)
Just got back into riding a few months ago as a means to improve my cardio [HA survivor] and I'd like to lose some weight as well.
Plus, I really enjoy it so far.
My bike is a Rocky Mountain RC30 D hybrid / urban and from reading the forums I guess I'm a Clydesdale.
I think my next post will be asking about saddle suggestions / options. :)
