Mountain Biking - Worse MTB Crash video I have ever seen....

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Then go to "San Diego County" on the left hand side. Then go to "Carrizo Gorge" and then go to the VERY bottom of the page and find the Miles Crash Video and watch it. You might have to Right Click and save target as....

Yeah, this has been on here a few times before. The guy is awful lucky though, he just some bad scratches and deep bruises pretty much. I wonder what was going through his mind while he was falling...

I love the dialogue too.... At the beginning "look at the penalty for failure"... you see that guy was just smart. And then the penalty there at the end, "Just stay still untill you make sure everything is connected"....
I hope that I never hear someone say those words to me. Holy freaking crap!

If you turn up the sound, you can hear what's going on through his mind.
"Oh sh*t! Ahhhhh f*ck me!!"

That is the craziest crash ive ever seen. My dads mountain biking friend once fell and the bars went under his ribs than when the bars hit the ground they moved and snapped some of his ribs. That couldnt have been good either.

300 ft? Yeah right. He might have fallen 30 ft and maybe rolled another 100 or so but fell 300? What are you smoking? (j/k)
damn, that is bad, several deep stuff on his lower leg, should of use shin and knee guards as well
