Looking for a Mtn bike tire that won't wear down quickly and has a maximum
pressure of at least 65 psi. Also looking for a cross tire that has long tread
life for my Comfort bike, it also should have a maximum pressure of at least
65 psi?
WTB makes some tires with hard rubber that won't wear easily. I ran a Velociraptor on the back for 2 years. It was mainly a cement rider, but when I put it back on dirt it still road well. It has a really mean cross-tread that looks, and acts, like a conveyor belt. I really liked it for hard pack, but ended up switching for something to ride on softer dirt and mud.

Confused from your post. But my Maxxis Minions have held strong for 3 months. Hardly any tread wear and I ride into town (3 miles) 4 out of 5 days a week. Also do some urban. They grip great on the trails around here.
