hey all.
im just about to buy a carerra kraken and wanted some advice about modifying it.
Ive been into biking a fairly long time and have looked around at some bikes and i dont have a large budget.the carerra looks a decent bike with decent components and wondered if its a good choice.
If i do buy it........what would i want to change about it in the near future???what bits first??
thx for any help.

Google didn't turn up any bike related results. Do you have a link to the company???
I've never heard of that brand of bike.
With that, I'm going to say, "NO, it's not a good deal".

Whatever breaks first. :)
If you're looking to upgrade before you even purchase the bike, may I suggest applying that money toward a better bike initially?

In canada we have department stores that sell high end bikes. They are like a LBS without the old guy in the back complaining about missing tools. :)...
