ummmm it's not my 21st yet haha.

Actually my plans were spoiled a bit:

Thursday morning I got out of the shower in the morning, got dressed, and found my insane landlord in the kitchen. She was there to inform me that Aug 14 is my last day, that I need to be out by 11:30AM. 2 days notice. Technically the lease expired Aug 14, but she had emailed me some time ago and told me she'd give me an extra week and just prorate the extra days. I told her "Aug 14 is my birthday," "that's too bad," she said. So I get to clean the apartment tonight and move all my stuff tomorrow. A coworker has offered me a place to live for the remaining time I have in NY (a week).

But fear not, before I do I will go to the bathroom in a plastic bag and hide it somewhere in this crazy landlord's domicile :D

For the record: Aug 20 is my last day in NY, Aug 19 is my last day at work, Aug 14 (today) is my last day in this condo.
