Hey Everyone,

My name is Tyler, and as I stated in the title I'm a Canadian.

Anyway, Im a very rookie rider to say the absolute least. I recently replaced my old Renegade 590gs with a 2010 GT Outpost "Disk"

Its quite the upgrade from the old bike for sure. Having Disk Brakes is quite the change too!

Anyway, I'm pretty much here to learn more about the culture, and learn more about Road Bikes, as I kind of want both a MTB and a RB :)

Oh yeah, I'm 20 and am a College student so I live car free for now!

Thats exactly it! I have no idea where to start with Road bikes, so I've got a lot to learn. I've ridden a few when I was about 10-11ish but they were OLD bikes

Well I spent $600 with the gear for my GT, so I think I'd be willing to go between $750-900 before gear for a road bike. I know that price point is a bit low, but I also said I was only going to spend 250-300 on a new Mountain bike haha. You get what you pay for right?

My road bike was $800. It now has 26,000 miles on it.
