A nice island. Doesn't have to be big, although an extinct volcano so I can build an evil secret lair would be good, especially if I can launch clandestine rockets to space to blackmail the world. Preferably good weather year round and as hurricane-free as possible. The more I think about this, the more it seems like a smashingly capital idea.

That's a thought. But getting all of the permits to build an evil lair could be a real pain.

It doesn't say how long the airstrip is. I need to know if it will accommodate my fleet of private aircraft, or if I need to build the world's first 747 floatplane. :)

no need to build a 747 float plane just buy the Spruce Goose ,it's bigger than a 747.
