Can anyone recommend a good book on nutrition and training? I heard that Lance Armstrong's trainer just published a book on the topic....

Im reading the Lance Armstrong 7 weeks to the ultimate ride, and Joe Friel's Training Bible for Mountain Bikers.

Joe Friels book is a bit headdy, so Ill read that in the winter for the spring, but Im planning on starting on the 7 week plan once the snow flies.
