Hello from St. Louis. I just started riding again (after a 20 year break - thanks, I'm well-rested now). Riding a Lemond Reno, shooting for 3 rides per week, about 20-25 miles per ride.

im from springfield illinois and i was thinking about doing a ride in stlouis before the football game one of these times .from where we tailgate at i can see a bike trail by the river .hmmmm i often wondered
