Hi, I've been reading this board for awhile but I'm a bit shy
My name is Tia, I'm 21 and I live in New York. I'm a college student, guitar teacher, marketing intern, and I am in 4 rock bands. I begged for and got a bike for my 21st birthday from my folks (hey, it's the last huge birthday, I had to ask for something good) and have not been able to get enough of it ever since. I commute as well as just riding around for the fun of it and it has made my life a lot more awesome. Before The Bike, I got basically no exercise and got frustrated from being on the crowded subway all the time. I'm looking forward to getting to know all of you and getting more involved in the cycling community, locally and on the internet.

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
