I just swapped out my SRAM 11-28 cassette (had Red and Force level) to the 11-32 XX cassette.

Background on my setup:

Calfee tandem, 53/42/28 chainrings on Davinci cranks, Campy Chorus 10s shifters, Campy Comp Triple FD and RD (jtek shiftmate on RD), SRAM XX 11-32 cassette.

- The spacing was perfectly fine, better than the old 9-speed 11-32 on our old tandem.

- The 42x32 is one of my favorite gears for climbing. I realized how much I missed it from our old tandem. It's low enough to climb well, and high enough to make you push it in the 8mph range (6-8% grades or so). It's perfect to be able to just shift up a few cogs for dips and flat spots.

- The 28x32 is AWESOME for ridiculous grades (like the 17% wall at the top of Mt Diablo). It allows for a normal cadance (less knee destruction).

- It's a slightly louder than a standard cassette, but not as loud as the SRAM Red cassette.

All-in-all. I am happy with this purchase. I got it for a good deal new-in-box on ebay.

Great news on the combination. My daVinci has a 9-spd Campy shifter/Shimano cassette - uses a modified SRAM RD. I'm really wanting to switch to 10-spd, but have been waiting for daVinci to come up with another RD mod, but good to hear the Jtek works well. The spacing on the 11-32 10-spd looks so much better than my current 11-32 9-spd.
