This guy http://www.harrybruner.com/?page_id=141 is a candidate for the U.S. Senate in this upcoming Saturday primary in WV. He has promised to run & cycle his way to Congress, and if elected, plans to lock his bike at the Congress each day...... So, is there a rack?
