You're giving us almost nothing to go on. I can't tell you if the Bianchi is a good deal, an OK deal or too high. For most Bianchis, $180 is a fair to good price. But without more information, I mean a LOT more, it's hard to say. What components are on it, what model is it, what wheels, what crank? Any or all of that information will help decide if $180 is a good price.
As for the $60 yellow bike, I haven't got a clue what it is, but it's probably not worth $60 because the fork is bent.
+1 Pass on the bent fork junker. Without more details on the other bike, who knows? If it is on Craigs List, and is something special, a knowledgable buyer will be scooping it up about right now. IF it is a "secret" private sale, then it might be something worth getting more details.
Depending where you live, $60 is not going to get you much.
