I have a Roubaix Pro Specialized bike with two sets of wheels.
Hed Jet 50 aero wheel with 11/25 cassette. Great on flats but don't climb as well and a little heavier.
Fulcrum Racing One wheels with 11/28 cassette obiviously a better big hill cassette and stiffer wheel for climbing.
But should I train with the 25 cassette Hed Jets and then when I'm on a big hill ride put the Fulcrums with the 11/28 or should I train with what I'm going to use.?
