Commuting - Sourcing neon-colored synthetic shirts

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Hi.
My new commute takes me on some pretty gross roads (including Interstate 5) and additional visibility couldn't hurt. What'd be nice are some simple t-shirts or polos made out of light synthetics in high-visibility colors. But they seem like a basic item, so I'm curious what y'all know of cheap sources online for shirts like that. I'd guess they'd likely come from safety or industrial stores.
When I was in Washington, a lot of the construction workers seemed to be wearing ANSI-colored t-shirts with three parallel horizontal stripes. I like the aesthetic of those compared to the standard ANSI pattern, so if there are sources for those that'd be appreciated as well.

Neat... I wonder if there'd be a market for the vests with a "share the lane" logo in them...

Looks like that alert shirt place only sells mediums and up. Anywhere have smalls?
Target carries Champion neon yellow shirts. They don't have the pattern, but they probably come in small
Ross, TJ Maxx and Marshall's discount stores. Lots of bright/neon, synthetics, under $7

The alteration to make it fit is available pretty much anywhere: http://www.mcdonalds.com/
Failing that, our local WalMart carries yellow and orange versions, with and without the stripes.

I picked up some cheap recreational polos at Old Navy a few months back, they had them in neon orange and green (in addition to the more subdued colors...)
I second TJ Maxx, Marshall's, also Century 21. You can get stuff cheap there but sizes are hard to find.

Nice selection and pricing. I'll probably order some of their stuff for Winter.
Nice selection and pricing.
Quality is excellent too.
Sizing runs large. Bear in mind their primary market is guys who sit on backhoes or drive dump trucks all day. I think they size them like women's clothes. All women want to be a size 2 so they label size 8 and 10 clothes as size 2. Construction guys apparently buy clothes the same way.
I ordinarily buy large. I bought the hi-viz windbreaker in large. There's room for a friend inside. I like the jacket--a lot--but there's just too damned much of it. I need to gain 60 pounds for it to fit, and I'm already 20 pounds overweight.
The Class 2 pocket T-shirts were so baggy, I gave them away to a fat guy who usually wears XL or XXL. They fit him just fine.
The long sleeve ones fits a bit better, so I kept those.
When I buy from them again--and I like their stuff well enough that I will be ordering again--I'm going to order mediums instead.
LOL tsl :) also, they may be designed to wear over other clothing.

I too bought orange, yellow and green synthetic collared polos from Old Navy a couple of months ago. They do not have stripes, but they are quite visible, wick the sweat and rain away, have held up well and were about $8 each. I should have bought more. They are much nicer than the dry fit tee that I bought at Target.

I have some Old Navy synthetic polos that I like. I'll have to look into getting the neon ones; good suggestion!

Hmm, at least online, Old Navy has (only) large orange polos for $10 each:

No good for me, but hopefully good for someone.
And my issue is that I'm 22 and I ride my bike every day, and enough of a hipster to like reasonably tightly-fitting shirts. So a lot of times, I'm swimming even in small polo shirts.

I did a little Googling. These look decent:

50/50 cotton/poly which isn't ideal but I think they're worth a shot. They also appear to fit reasonably.
