Singlespeed & Fixed Gear - what did i just buy?

Walked into a pawn shop and all bikes were half off. Found this fixed gear for $60, so $30 after the half off. Have no clue what it is, and I can't seem to ride it. I'm 5' 9", but I don't know if the seat is too high or what, I can barely pedal down.

Maybe I can sell it on craigslist?

For 30 bucks, you bought yourself a pretty cool old Fuji conversion. Nothing special but it would make a good beater/bad weather ride. It sounds like it obviously doesn't fit you but you should have no trouble selling it for a little bit of a profit to the right person.
