Ut-Oh Hernia?

Ok guys, been cycling hard for a month, loosing weight and feeling good. This morning a strong stinging pain one inch to the right of my navel and a little to the south as well.

Hurts when I get out of the car, stand up ETC.

Hernia?

It dosent feel like a standard muscle pull

Tomorrow if the pain is still there I would not wait for someone to respond to your post I would head straight for medical care. If it is a Hernia it needs to be attended to ASAP. If it's not, it still maybe something that needs immeadiate medical attention. Then again maybe it is a muscle pull. I would rather error on the side of caution. Better to be safe than sorry.

It is really tough to diagnose medical problems by email!

Why not check with a doc - he can find out real fast (turn your head and cough!)

I carried a known hernia for years, finally got tired of it and had it fixed.

Please check it out with someone REAL!
